Head / Senior Executive, Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Group Financial Manager, the Head / Senior Executive is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury and accounting for the business, including financial analysis, management reporting,budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, annual reports and business plans. Job duties include:
  • Supervise and manage a team of finance staff.
  • Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all the company transactions, reviews, entries to the general ledger.
  • Responsible for the monthly and year end closing process and reviewing all journals, posting & reconciliations to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manages the timely consolidations of the accounts and ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements as well as company accounting policies.
  • Maintain formulate and implement accounting and internal control systems, policies, procedures to safeguard assets and operations.
  • Provide training and implement systematic work flow for the department.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretarial, bankers and other consultants for audit / financial and banking matters
  • Work closely with management to achieve Group’s objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Min qualification in Finance/Accounting.
  • Min 3 years of working experience in same capacity with wide exposure preferably in servicing environment.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills as well as problem solving with strong financial judgment.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently as well as a dynamic team player.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, self starter, quick learner and able to drive initiative and change
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to guide a team of accounting staff.
  • Able to utilise IT tools to automate and expedite the preparation of record and analysis: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, reliable, meticulous, committed with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with Malaysian Tax System.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.

Officer, Accounts Payable / Receivable

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable person is responsible to complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, debit and credit notes. Job duties include:

  • Record entries of invoices, credit and debit notes into the general ledger
  • Timely processing of payments by scheduling and preparing cheques
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Scanning and meticulous filing of documents to maintain historical records.
  • Verify creditor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Timely closing of bank and creditors’ reconciliation.
  • Courteous and efficient handling of queries from creditors.
  • Regular review of creditor ageing to ensure completeness without duplication.

The Accounts Receivable person is responsible to secure revenue / payments by verifying and posting receipts, and to resolve discrepancies. Job duties include:

  • Timely and accurate posting of invoices and payment by recording cheques transactions.
  • Prepare of fund transfer to dedicated accounts on weekly basis
    Carry out monthly debtor reconciliation which includes journal adjustment.
  • Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from marketing, operations departments, and from clients;
  • Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinate monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verify totals; prepare report.

Requirements:

  • Possess qualifications (certificate, diploma, degree) preferably in Accounting or professional qualifications such as LCCI/CAT/ACCA, etc.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with external and internal stakeholders
  • Possess positive work attitude, strong work ethic and well organized
  • Resourceful, able to work under pressure, meticulous in meeting deadlines

Officer, Credit Control

Responsibilities:

The Credit Control person is responsible to maximize cash flow for the Company by achieving monthly collection targets. Job duties include:

  • Analyse and monitor account receivable and debtor ageing to determine effective collection methodology for each client portfolio.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients, responding promptly and professionally to clients’ queries.
  • Furnish clients with debtor ageing report every fortnightly.
  • Follow-up with clients on payments, issue reminder letters for overdue invoices.

Requirements:

  • Possess STPM, Certificate or Diploma qualifications
  • Working experience not required
  • Positive attitude, strong initiative, high commitment and able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Good planning , organizing & problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Conversant in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Junior Java Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
  • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
  • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools.
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
  • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Marketing / Client Servicing/ Business Development – Senior Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all aspects of service deliverables and as stated in Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Maintain contact with clients, regularly provide them with status reports, manage client expectations by keeping them realistic with service timelines and deliveries and relay clients’ requests to all internal teams involved in service deliverables and ensure agreed deadlines are met
  • Ensure billing and collection of membership fee is up-to-date
  • Ensure all matters pertinent to rendering of service is implemented by coordinating internal and external client setup requirements, ensuring the establishment of standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines with agreed turnaround times (TAT) and conducting trainings and briefing
  • Attend to all queries, feedbacks and complaints from client, including finding solutions to resolve problems
  • Meet business prospect, prepare proposals and quotations including recommending new services to existing clients to improve business growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification holders in any field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate client servicing / business development
  • Competent computing skills particularly with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to incoming calls on hospital admission and discharge processes hospitals on 24/7 basis
  • Respond to callers’ enquiries offering appropriate solutions and information
  • Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers
  • Preparing necessary documentations for customer’s best experience.
  • Purely a customer-service based job
  •  Any and/or other ad-hoc administrative tasks required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Able to converse, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia FLUENTLY.
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders with a passion of helping people are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming cases/calls for hospital admission and discharge processes for patients in local and overseas hospitals on 24/7 basis
  • Process all incoming/pending medical case assessments based on guidelines provided.
  • Process requests and investigative queries for guarantee letter(s) based on patient medical report, laboratory test results, etc.
  • Preparing any and all necessary documentation(s) for customer’s best experience.
  •  Any and/or other ad-hoc administrative tasks required from time to time.

General Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holders from any medical-related fields (Medicine, Nursing, Biomedicine, Bioscience, etc) are preferred
  • Able to converse, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia FLUENTLY.
  •  Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Tamil will definitely be a plus point.
